Everyone has a seagull picture, right? I had to join the club but I'm rarely near the ocean. I finally made it and for me, this shot with the vivid contrast, regal pose, and incoming companion were too much to pass. My inspiration came from Domain Barnyard and Lachlan Hardy.

Bright, vibrant colors on one of the first, sunny days of spring. Words can't describe how the sun and the flowers brightened the day and my spirits. How much longer until summer?

It was the first time we bowled together but we were at a 5-year-old's birthday party so it wasn't head-to-head; nonetheless, the competition remained intense. By the end, we were determined to set up a one-on-one competition (dollar per frame, anyone?) to see who's got game. :)
